  Nah, no country has gone down that road yet. The gold standard was a thing of the past when currencies were backed by physical gold reserves. But digital assets like Bitcoin and Ethereum don't work that way. Their value is determined by factors like market demand, adoption, and technological advancements. Trying to implement a gold standard for digital assets would be like trying to fit a square peg into a round hole.
