Is it possible to find stock symbols for alternative cryptocurrencies? I know that traditional stocks have symbols like AAPL for Apple and AMZN for Amazon, but I'm curious if there are similar symbols for alternative cryptocurrencies. Can I use these symbols to track their performance and trade them on stock exchanges?

However, you can still track their performance and trade them on cryptocurrency exchanges using their ticker symbols or trading pairs.
