- Lauritzen BrantleyApr 14, 2023 · 2 years agoOne possible reason for your Ledger Nano X not charging could be a faulty USB cable. Try using a different cable or port to see if that solves the issue. Additionally, make sure the USB cable is securely connected to both your Ledger Nano X and the power source. If the problem persists, you may need to contact Ledger support for further assistance.
- Grimes SchultzJul 02, 2022 · 3 years agoTo prevent your Ledger Nano X from not charging, it's important to keep the device and its charging port clean. Dust or debris can accumulate over time and interfere with the charging process. Use a soft, dry cloth to gently clean the charging port and make sure there are no obstructions. This simple maintenance step can help ensure a reliable charging experience.

To reset your Ledger Nano X, simply press and hold the button on the device for about 10 seconds until the Ledger logo appears. - Loft MorinApr 30, 2025 · a month agoIf your Ledger Nano X is not charging, it could be due to a software issue. Make sure you have the latest firmware installed on your device. Ledger regularly releases updates that address bugs and improve device performance. Connect your Ledger Nano X to your computer and use the Ledger Live app to check for any available firmware updates. Updating the firmware may solve the charging problem.
- aristocratApr 02, 2025 · 2 months agoSometimes, the charging issue with Ledger Nano X can be caused by a drained battery. If your device has been unused for a long time, the battery may have completely discharged. In this case, simply connect your Ledger Nano X to a power source using the USB cable and let it charge for a few hours. Once the battery is sufficiently charged, you should be able to use your device normally.
- Jake ReyesFeb 05, 2021 · 4 years agoI understand the frustration of dealing with a Ledger Nano X that won't charge. One thing you can try is using a different power adapter. Sometimes, the issue lies with the adapter rather than the device itself. If you have a compatible power adapter from another device, such as a smartphone or tablet, try using that to charge your Ledger Nano X. It might just do the trick.
