Is it possible to transfer cryptocurrency from my PayPal account to another PayPal account that belongs to me? I want to send some cryptocurrency to myself for personal use. Can PayPal handle cryptocurrency transactions between my own accounts?

PayPal only allows users to buy, sell, and hold certain cryptocurrencies within their PayPal account. If you want to transfer cryptocurrency to another account, you will need to use a different platform or wallet that supports cryptocurrency transfers.
