I have some money on hold in my PayPal account and I'm wondering if it's possible to convert it to a cryptocurrency like Ethereum. Can I transfer the funds directly from PayPal to a cryptocurrency exchange and convert it? Or do I need to withdraw the money from PayPal to my bank account first and then buy Ethereum with it?

You can transfer the funds directly from PayPal to a cryptocurrency exchange that supports Ethereum. Once the funds are in the exchange, you can use them to buy Ethereum.
