Coinbase offers several other payment methods, such as bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and wire transfers. However, PayPal is not one of the available options. It's worth noting that Coinbase regularly updates its payment options, so it's possible that PayPal may be supported in the future. But as of now, it is not.
