I recently purchased a Ledger Nano X and noticed that it only functions properly when it's connected to a power source. As soon as I unplug it, the device shuts down. What could be causing this issue and how can I fix it?

    It sounds like your Ledger Nano X might have a battery issue. Try resetting the device by holding down the button on the device for 10 seconds until the Ledger logo appears.
