Can you tell me the initial price of bitcoin when it was first introduced in 2008? I'm curious to know how much it was worth back then.

The initial price of bitcoin in 2008 was essentially zero. At that time, it was a new and relatively unknown digital currency, so it didn't have any significant value. It wasn't until a year later, in 2009, when the first bitcoin transaction took place and the price started to be determined by market demand.

Back in 2008, the initial price of bitcoin was negligible. It was just a concept, an idea in the mind of its creator(s). It wasn't until later that it gained any real value and started to be traded on exchanges. So, in a way, you could say that the initial price of bitcoin was priceless.

The initial price of bitcoin in 2008 was not publicly recorded or traded on any exchanges. It was only in 2010 when the first known real-world transaction occurred, with someone buying two pizzas for 10,000 bitcoins. This transaction set a rough value for bitcoin at that time, which was around $0.003 per bitcoin. So, you could say that was the initial price of bitcoin, although it wasn't officially traded or recognized as a currency until later.
