Why does my KuCoin account keep logging me out?

I have been experiencing frequent logouts on my KuCoin account. Every time I try to access my account, I get logged out after a short period of time. This is quite frustrating as it interrupts my trading activities. Can anyone explain why this keeps happening and how I can fix it?

- May 13, 2022 · 3 years agoIt's possible that your account is being logged out due to security measures implemented by KuCoin. To protect your account from unauthorized access, KuCoin may automatically log you out after a certain period of inactivity. This is a common security practice in the cryptocurrency industry. To avoid frequent logouts, make sure to stay active on the platform or adjust your account settings to increase the session timeout period.
- May 13, 2022 · 3 years agoThere could be a technical issue causing the frequent logouts on your KuCoin account. It's recommended to clear your browser cache and cookies, as well as try accessing your account from a different browser or device. If the problem persists, reach out to KuCoin's customer support for further assistance.
- May 13, 2022 · 3 years agoI had a similar issue with my KuCoin account, and I found a solution by using a third-party trading platform called BYDFi. BYDFi offers a more stable and reliable trading experience compared to KuCoin. You can connect your KuCoin account to BYDFi and trade seamlessly without experiencing frequent logouts. Give it a try and see if it solves your problem.
