Can you provide a list of cryptocurrency exchanges that offer fill or kill stock order functionality? I'm looking for exchanges where I can place orders that will either be executed immediately and in full, or canceled if they cannot be filled completely. It would be great if you could also provide some insights into the advantages and disadvantages of using fill or kill orders.
