Are there any digital currencies that have a similar value to monopoly money?

I'm curious if there are any digital currencies that have a value similar to monopoly money. By that, I mean currencies that are not widely accepted or recognized as legitimate forms of payment. Are there any digital currencies out there that are more like a novelty or game token rather than a serious means of exchange?
